Cary Wasser

Dealing Representative

Cary has a B.Sc from the University of Toronto and an MBA in Finance from York University’s Schulich School of Business. He holds a Canadian CGA (Certified General Accountant) and an Ontario CPA (Certified Professional Accountants) designation. Additionally, Cary is licensed by the Ontario Securities Commission as a Dealing Representative. Cary has over 30 years of senior financial management experience with large blue-chip corporations like Nabisco, Kraft, and Bell Canada.

Cary led the finance function at the North American Foil Products division of Alcan Aluminum for 16 years. He also co-led a project that culminated in selling the business to Reynolds Consumer Products.

Cary served as the CFO for B’nai Brith Canada, a charity that supports human rights, combats racism, and advocates for senior citizens.
